We all know how being angry makes us feel sick and we probably also know that it damages our physical and mental health. But how do we cultivate ourselves to let go of anger and manage our feelings better?

Anger comes from within and you can’t blame it on others or external factors. It is yours and yours alone but you can learn to cultivate your feelings and train yourself not to give in to anger.

Once again Professor Liu has scoured TGPOAC and various Confucian texts to find the answers, guidance and practical advice to get us on the right track including how we can transform anger into forgiveness through the six levels of tolerance.
